Worst car wash ever for the money they charge they should be ashame of themselves one wheel like it was never touched full of break dust and road grim, water spots all over the car , windows had smears and streaks , carpets and mats looked like it was vacuumed by a 2 year old absolutely disappointed will never go back again and absolutely don't recommend to anyone that takes pride in their cars.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PAID for deluxe service for outside and inside of my car. They barely even touched the inside . When I complained to the worker there; he just told me he can’t do anything & to have a good day. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I am new to the area and was extremely disappointed with this car wash. I purchased the higher level and gave a good tip. The only thing that looked good were the tires. It looked like only one side of the truck was wiped - water marks everywhere. Other than the windows, the inside was untouched. Not vacuumed, or wiped down in any way. Two people drove it through and four people worked on wiping it down, etc. Just terrible.
This place is one of the better car washes in the area! Well priced, and they do a good job, if not they fix it! I chose to go with Tower Car Wash for my monthly service package. The lady at the front is always so happy, joyful, and helpful! Every time! I do have a problem with window washing as an add on. Sometimes the windows come out streaked and dirty still. Rob, the owner worked with me today to make things right! The windows came out amazing! Ty Rob and team!
