Spent $41 and left a tip for an horrible wash experience going to the place over the last 20 years. You’ve lost a loyal customer. Take your money elsewhere. And no I wasn’t expecting a detail but to not even wipe down the dash at minimum is crazy let alone the rest of the areas. Leaving plenty of pictures. This was an ultimate wash I purchased with floor mat cleaning. Check out the great cleaning of the wheels. Very disappointing for a place that use to do a great job. Called them and they could care less.

Paid extra for extra vacuuming since I have a dog. Took it to the "detail area" and there's still hair all over my seats and floor. I could have just used my portable vacuum but I figured I would try to help a local business.

I went back to remove some stains that didn't come out and this morning I went to check the stains because you can't see them when the seat is wet so when I checked most of the stain came out I can still see some of it. I'm just going to leave it because it's to far to keep going back I'm in bolingbrook and it's in batavia

Worst car wash ever for the money they charge they should be ashame of themselves one wheel like it was never touched full of break dust and road grim, water spots all over the car , windows had smears and streaks , carpets and mats looked like it was vacuumed by a 2 year old absolutely disappointed will never go back again and absolutely don't recommend to anyone that takes pride in their cars.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PAID for deluxe service for outside and inside of my car. They barely even touched the inside . When I complained to the worker there; he just told me he can’t do anything & to have a good day. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
