Found a short curly hair in my tower burger. They replaced it for me but did not apologize at any time. After seeing that kind of hair in my food my appetite was ruined. I messaged them on messenger and they ignored me. Very poor service. If you like questionable body hairs in your food eat here.
First and very last time we are coming here. It’s not worth all the hype everyone is giving it. Initially we were suppose to go to Willies BBQ but they were closed. Oh well. Customer service is not so good here. We got here around 5:20 and they told us were we had to sit and I ordered my burger well done. It was not well done and there was a hair cooked into it. Fries sucked too. They looked over cooked. Plus the girl kept walking around saying they were closing at 6 😡. Sorry Tower Burgers I prefer Wallbangers 🍔

best burgers way better than any fast food place and its not fast food so expect to wait a bit but it's worth the wait trust me

Always so filling. My personal favorite is the Tower Burger with avocado.
I found not only one hair but TWO strands of hair. Good burger but management did not handle my concern properly. Will not be going back.
