I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. I brought my car in and clearly explained the issue before authorizing any work. Instead of fixing the problem, they charged me a diagnostic fee for information I had already provided. At no point was I informed upfront that I would be charged for a diagnosis regardless of whether the issue was resolved. They are excellent I walked in no appointment trying to get an oil change, they managed to accommodate my request. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
