Gym and study room is very convenient. The location is great also.
I've lived here for 3 years and I love it. The staff is really great once you get to know them and it's just overall a convenient place to live. I wouldn't have wanted to live anywhere else throughout my days at U of I and I am so thankful for this place. Having a safe and comfortable place to live is really important to me and this was that place!
Great location. Close to campus, various restaurants on Green Street, and a block away from the 22 Illini bus spot. Friendly staff as well, with frequent meals and events sponsored by the building.
Having security at night really lets me feel safe living in this apartment. In addition, I am a huge fan of how they renovated the apartment as the gym looks bigger and the architecture is beautiful. They provide deals almost every week and they live across from Red Lion, which can be a good and bad thing, but I would recommend living here.
Love the newly renovated gym, student success center and other amenities!
I love living at T3. We have a workout room, laundry room, pool table, and more in the basement. The rooms are a really good size, and so are the closets. The front desk holds packages for you so you never have to worry about not getting them. I recommend anyone to live here.
Very good place to live. Very close to campus and green street. Got everything we need in here.
Nice place to live on campus! Good amenities, and a new fitness center.
