Amazing staff, amazing price for 2024, fair with the deposit return/move out inspection. Treat this place and its people well and you will be treated the same way. Best place I rented in the 3 years i lived in Pierre. Cant recommend enough! Hallways cleaned regularly too so it always smells and looks clean and fresh when you get home after a long day.
I lived there and believe or not the manager aby stold from my apartment she when in and stole a hand bag and other items from my apartment I didn't realize right oway but she's the only one I told I was not going to be in town efew weeks later I seen this woman with my hand bag MK she is a thief
This company is without a doubt one of the worst places in Pierre to rent from apartment from. They use shady leases, and will rip you off at every possible opportunity. I highly recommend staying away from tower apartments and bender Midwest completely.
I have lived in this apartments for more than 6 years. All the property managers were so helpful and kind. Their maintenance service is exceptional and I got always on time response for every maintenance request. The new property manager Abby is doing exceptional and responsible. It was worth living in that apartments. That’s a center spot for everything in that town.
