Horrible communication and customer service!! I was scheduled for a showing at 1030, I arrived at 1020 and waited outside the building in the cold until 1045. No one would answer the phones and I could only get a hold of some AI machine. I finally got a call back from Shelia an hour later saying that she had me down for 3:00 (all of my text say 1030 along with confirmation text) and she asked if I could meet her at 4:00 later that same day. Absolutely loved living at Tower 507! This was my very first apartment experience, and Sheila and Scott made it a great one. HUGE shout-out to them! They’re both incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment itself was beautiful - full of sunlight, clean, and felt like home from day one. Don’t judge a book by its cover - the building is a converted historic hotel in one of the oldest parts of Portsmouth, so it has that classic Old Towne charm on the outside, but the interiors are stunnin... read more

I want to start by saying staff (specifically Shelby and Ms. Sheila ) was very polite and accommodating to my medical concerns. However, this place has a roach infestation that nobody has seemed to mention. Upon move in walk thru I noticed the facility was not kept up. My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to move in and I saw live roaches, even after exterminators came out. It needs some real tlc & a good deep clean.
