My experience at 507 towers was nothing but pleasant… Ms. Shelia Bazemore (property manger) and Scott (maintenance) are definitely the soul of the company I only can speak about my experience with them 4 years I have never had a problem with neither of them they were always professional and they really made me feel like family the understanding when things got difficult I can’t even explain how they made me feel like I was one of their family members vs a tenant despite my sudden and unfortunate departure it’s no doubt in my... read more

Horrible communication and customer service!! I was scheduled for a showing at 1030, I arrived at 1020 and waited outside the building in the cold until 1045. No one would answer the phones and I could only get a hold of some AI machine. I finally got a call back from Shelia an hour later saying that she had me down for 3:00 (all of my text say 1030 along with confirmation text) and she asked if I could meet her at 4:00 later that same day. Absolutely loved living at Tower 507! This was my very first apartment experience, and Sheila and Scott made it a great one. HUGE shout-out to them! They’re both incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment itself was beautiful - full of sunlight, clean, and felt like home from day one.
