Elevators are trash got stuck in them delivering
I want to start by saying staff (specifically Shelby and Ms. Sheila ) was very polite and accommodating to my medical concerns. However, this place has a roach infestation that nobody has seemed to mention. Upon move in walk thru I noticed the facility was not kept up. My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to move in and I saw live roaches, even after exterminators came out. It needs some real tlc & a good deep clean. UPDATE 3JAN2021- nobody came here over the weekend to fix these elevators. Myself and other residents that were here over the weekend said the same thing. We were told by your call center it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday. I’m here now and nobody is here the elevator is still broken nobody came here over the weekend to fix these elevators. Please fix the elevator in Tower 507 Apartments living all the way on the 5th floor is hard for me. I can’t imagine how difficult it is for the elderly and handicapped.
