Absolutely loved living at Tower 507! This was my very first apartment experience, and Sheila and Scott made it a great one. HUGE shout-out to them! They’re both incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment itself was beautiful - full of sunlight, clean, and felt like home from day one. Elevators are trash got stuck in them delivering
I want to start by saying staff (specifically Shelby and Ms. Sheila ) was very polite and accommodating to my medical concerns. However, this place has a roach infestation that nobody has seemed to mention. Upon move in walk thru I noticed the facility was not kept up. My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to move in and I saw live roaches, even after exterminators came out. It needs some real tlc & a good deep clean.
