I signed a year lease for my 3d print business here. After a month and a half of the neighboring office complaining about everything under the sun from the smell to the fact I brought my dog into the office I was asked to vacate willingly for a refund as they were trying to please the accountant neighbor. The neighbor violated her lease and left the same week I moved my operation to the offices at 4550 Jewel which were far superior so the lost two tenants instead of one. The gym was tiny and the facilities were always dirty.
I moved my skincare practice to Tower 1660 two months ago and am so happy I did. The staff is amazing, parking is ample and it’s a very clean building!
