Used to be good. 2023 marked a severe decline. I went out in the morning and there was a dead body on the sidewalk. Lots of stabbings and shootings and assaults and robberies and drug use within 5 block area. Less in South Lake Union area. Severe problems with elevators – long wait times and frequently out of operation. Major water flood. Management and corporate are tone deaf on impact to residents’ time and degradation of service.
