STAY AWAY! Jeff and Monte are complete snakes that will lie straight to your face. I negotiated with them and they wrote up a signed bill of sale and confirmed we had the car. That SAMEDAY I took a out loan from my bank, which needed a copy of the title. After 5+ calls we finally got a copy of the title. However, anytime I called Jeff was "busy" but supposedly working on the the title right then. But to the bank and my surprise the title showed Towell & Sons did not even own the car! They said it was a mistake and they would be able to get it fixed the next day. By now it is late afternoon and said they would be able to fix it tomorrow. The next morning I get a call from Monte at 9:30am saying he sold the car yesterday afternoon! They knew I took out a loan already and now I am stuck with a car loan and no car! I highly recommend you look elsewhere as the people at this place will do anything to make a quick buck including selling someone a car that they don't even have ownership of.

My husband and I have been buying our vehichles from Towell and Sons for years. Every car that we have bought have surpassed the drive time of any vehicle that was purchased by other friends and family members have bought any where else. They work with you on your payments and what you can afford and they have top of the line used vehicles. We never go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and helpfull. We are true "Towell" fans!!!
