STAY AWAY! Jeff and Monte are complete snakes that will lie straight to your face. I negotiated with them and they wrote up a signed bill of sale and confirmed we had the car. That SAMEDAY I took a out loan from my bank, which needed a copy of the title. After 5+ calls we finally got a copy of the title.
