I moved into the Santa Maria Villa del Sol complex about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I love it. I’ve got a studio apartment on the third floor. I found the staff very patient and professional with all my questions, my friend did a walk-through with me (he builds) and thought the construction was good, nice landscaping, I love the pool and Jacuzzi and outdoor gas fireplace, the location is great, and there are neighbor get-togethers hosted by management which is a first for me and I think that is awesome. Towbes Group @ Villa del Sol is a GREAT place to live for Seniors. The manager Catherine is very accommodating and on the ball. She will do whatever it takes (within her powers) to satisfy the residents. She is hardworking and is willing to take suggestions as well as handle problems in a professional manner. Her staff is friendly and also accommodating as well. This is a new apartment complex that caters to seniors and only lacks air conditioning, which will be rarely used and built-in dishwashers which most Seniors can do ... read more
Slumlords. A neighbor was given an eviction notice on New Year's Eve. (6 P.M. - ish) Don't buy the public spin. Rules not evenly enforced. Security is mall cop quality with intelligence to match.
