Terrible experience at Encina Meadows managed by Towbes Group . A water leak from a neighboring unit forced us into a hotel for a week. Due to poor communication from management, we had to cover most of our food expenses and electricity (heavy machinery were turned on for 24x7) ourselves—turns out they capped food reimbursement at $250 for the week, even though two of us were displaced.
