I had a issue with a delivery the person I rang sorted the problem very fast I cannon praise his honesty enough
Towbar was delivered quickly. Towbar was easy to install with the included instructions. The only downside was the 7 pin plug had the red and blue wires swapped. Had me second guessing my wiring connection. Bad day for the person who prewired these harnesses.
Mistakenly ordered the wrong adapter and needed to cancel the order and it happened immediately. Top tier customer service. Next time I need something like this I'll be coming back to these guys for sure.
After a misunderstanding all went very well, Duncan was quite understanding and did a great deal for me. I had the towbar fitted in Adelaide by the biggest towbar company in Adelaide who had never done one for my vehicle before (Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max) and were ready for an adventure into the unknown, but the fitting was done in around an hour without any problems and it looks good! Thanks again.
