Quality parts, reasonablypriced, but ability to authorise an item to be left in a secure locked mailbox sure would have saved me a lot trouble with Australia post who need very little leeway in deciding to leave a card rather than delivery something...most people work during the week and cannot be home for a parcel delivery, a 40 minute 1 way drive to a post office was not convenient for me.

The towbar that i bought to them is 5mm off. Now i have to make the frame rail hole larger, and have to buy a metal primer just to use 2 drops of it on a filed hole. Not worth the hassle.

Bought a $1000 DIY towbar that came with no literature at all. Followed up this business and got a “sorry, manufacturer doesn’t have install instructions”. Shocking service considering the cost of some of the gear you’re selling.
