I received the Towbars kit promptly and it really is an excellent product, well made to Australian standards. When I went to fit it I thought it was the wrong unit and informed Towbars Australia. I should have read the instructions first? but had missed them in the package. Towbars. Contacted me and explained the fitting procedure and where to find the instructions. I contacted Towbars Australia because I needed a specific length tow tongue. Towbars Australia knew exactly what I needed, but didn’t have it in stock. Even though they would lose my business, they gave me the part number and directed me to another company that may have it in stock.
