Dr. Spriggs and staff are... I can't find the words, they are extremely helpful and accommodating. The moment you enter the clinic, its welcoming! The temperature of the exam rooms are to your liking. Dr. Spriggs takes her time to get to know you and does not rush you at all and yet still makes it to meet with her other patients on time! Horrible experience… never again will I go there, I made and appointment, drove 45 minutes to get here and to be told that my appointment was never scheduled.. ridiculous

Whoever the assistant is at Dr. spriggs location in Inc., Silver Spring is not good for the job. I asked for a prescription refill that I always get from Dr. Spriggs but when I called the office I could not remember the name I know that she has my records because she asked my name and date of birth but I can’t get the cream because I don’t remember the name that is unfair and not right.
