What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with Gail, Troy and their team. We were greeted with smiles and professionalism as soon as we walked through the doors of their new premises. We had several questions and they were answered honestly. We have placed an order for some parts and are looking forward to going back in to pick them up. Tamworth definitely needed a caravan parts and accessories store and dealing with Gail and her team makes it that much better. Will definitely be spreading the word.
My first ever review. Chris was really helpful. I thought my Trail-A-Mate had failed. I looked at getting a repair kit. Meanwhile I needed a jockey wheel as I am on my way to Qld. Chris said "Can I see the TrailAMate?" He tested it put it on the van draw bar, jacked the car up. Explained that the release valve must be tight. Happily I have confidence in my TrailAMate and haven't bought a second jockey wheel or jack. Thanks Chris

Absolutely over the moon with my new 8x5 Heavy Duty single axle braked trailer from Tow World Tamworth. Gayle was fantastic from start to finish. Super helpful, easy to deal with, and really knew her stuff.
