Shout out to Chris at Tow World. I rang up with a bit of mumbo jumbo, and he still managed to interpret it into the exact genuine part I needed. He gave me clear, practical advice on how to fix the problem — and the delivery was fast, which made the whole thing even easier. Really helpful service absolutely five stars
Absolutely disgusting , we needed a part for our caravan, we stopped at a caravan park after they agreed to express post , chris told me that if I paid express before 2pm he would post that day, I paid at 10am, for the next 2 days after asking for a tracking number he assured me he had posted it yet he wouldnt provide a tracking number , called again and he said he would, but I never recieved anything anfmd we booked another night , today I spoke to a defensive and rude female who said she would post them today , I explained... read more

Terrible communication. Took around 7 weeks for my trailer to arrive, after being told it would arrive in 2 weeks. Not even a phone call to let me know
