Absolutely over the moon with my new 8x5 Heavy Duty single axle braked trailer from Tow World Tamworth. Gayle was fantastic from start to finish. Super helpful, easy to deal with, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to explain all the features of the trailer and even went through a few technical details that honestly I didn’t know, but definitely should have. What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with Gail, Troy and their team. We were greeted with smiles and professionalism as soon as we walked through the doors of their new premises. We had several questions and they were answered honestly. We have placed an order for some parts and are looking forward to going back in to pick them up. Tamworth definitely needed a caravan parts and accessories store and dealing with Gail and her team makes it that much better. Will definitely be spreading the word.
We emailed Tow World on Saturday arvo due to having an issue with our HWS as well as a failed water pump. Gayle got back to us and had us booked in first thing Monday. Both all fixed and we’re back on the road. Exceptional service. Very grateful - thanks Heather & Greg
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from Tow World. Gayle was amazing to deal with from start to finish — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. At handover, Troy was fantastic — so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. Highly recommend Tow World for their exceptional customer service and expertise. A great team and a great experience all round.
Shout out to Chris at Tow World. I rang up with a bit of mumbo jumbo, and he still managed to interpret it into the exact genuine part I needed. He gave me clear, practical advice on how to fix the problem — and the delivery was fast, which made the whole thing even easier. Really helpful service absolutely five stars
