We would like to thank Gayle, Troy, Clint and the team of Tow World Tamworth. We had a catastrophic failure with our caravan suspension Tuesday lunchtime. Clint took our call whilst we were roadside. He calmly guided us and assisted with details of a reputable towing company. The team at Tow World then worked on our van and had us back on the road by Thursday evening. Today without notice we went to Tow World to get our tow bar sorted out as it was bottoming out due to being too low. Gayle and staff were ever so helpful and spent time sorting a tow ball and tongue that would fit and lift the bike rack higher. Gayle has a wealth of knowledge in this industry which proved to be invaluable in our situation. Thanks Gayle and staff
Grate place for kid and kids at heart
In the recent rain we disovered a leak in our campervan and called into Tow World Tamworth. What a great business Took us into there shed and sealed the leak.Great friendly service. Thanks Tow World.
Brilliant customer service. Quick to return calls. Takes the time to answer questions. We live an hour and half out of Tamworth and they fit us in while we were shopping. Serviced the van as asked ( 12 year old 21 foot Jayco) answered questions. Obviously busy but did a thorough job both with the service and with the Q&A. Thanks Gavin and crew. We will be back. Absolutely recommend.
