Steer clear. It’s basically just a dispatch service that I don’t think is even located in the US, much less Batavia. They charged me $228 to have my car towed 3 miles. Said it would be a 30-60 minute wait. I called after 60 minutes and I’m pretty sure that’s when they finally called the driver, and it was another 30 minute wait. He’s unaffiliated but charged me an extra $100 because the tire was off and it was extra work to put it back on and tow it.
