Literally takes them a week or two at minimum to get back to you through phone or mychart. Not acceptable.
Wanted to switch my primary care into their service. I had to wait 7+ months to get an appointment. They have a new location, I had a hard time location it, so I arrive late. Office is completely empty of patients but they cant take me cause i'm 1 minute past their cut off. 7 months I've gone without a primary physician waiting for them and 1 minute too late and they say no. All that says is that they don't actually care about patients. I got an appointment elsewhere 2 days from now. Should have never waited on them.

Friendly, nice new offices and efficient. Dr Vavrina very responsive and helpful through the UR myChart messaging service.
