I called them at 2pm and they gave me an estimated time of 2 hours promising me they'd be there asap. It was around 4 that no one came. So I called them they told me at this time they don't know how long it will take, but they're almost done with the person before me so they'll be there soon. It was around 5pm I got an update text from then saying they'll be here at 7pm. So basically I spent my Saturday waiting for 5 hours for a tow truck. The service was bad. Horrible service. Waited 3 hours for a tow truck to come when they said the wait would be around an hour. Never use this place and if AAA uses them ask for a different company.

I waited last night for five hours. I was told by 9:30 they'd pick me up. By 9:40 I called again and they said they'd be there by 10:20. I called back by 10:40 and they said they were picking someone else up in Renton that they'd have to pick my up at 5am tomorrow. I called a different tow company that got to me within thirty minutes. NEVER USE THEM!!!
