I didn’t know much about engagement rings or rings in general when I first came in but Denise was very welcoming and professional. She took her time and explained everything from the difference between lab and natural diamonds to the different colors of gold that you can get. She made the process of everything so smooth and easy. I highly recommend coming here for your next ring or jewelry purchase

I had the best experience at Tovan and Co. Tommy Van Scoy is a master at his trade,very knowlegdeable and experienced in his business. He is pleasant and accomodating - makes you feel like family. I had 2 other jewelers tell me my ring wasn’t worth it to repair and when I took it to Tovan - he said it’s repairable and took time to explain how he was going to fix my ring . Sorry I can't remember her name but the dark haired lady was the best and very helpful and friendly, she never acted like I was bothering her even if I wasn't sure what I wanted. Also the owner is great, friendly and very nice to talk to. Thank you both again and I'll definitely be back
