If I could give 0 stars I would! She had a rental listed and was not very responsive, she was however very quick to send us the info when it came time to pay an application fee and we still have not gotten a single response from the emails and phone calls regarding our application. She will take your money and never respond! I will never recommend her as a realtor to anyone and if you see her name on a listing don’t even bother she will just take your money and run!
Tove was absolutely amazing to work with! We saw many houses and she was very patient with my husband and I throughout the process. She always had good feedback and gave both positives and negatives of properties and really understood what we were looking for. We finally found a home we love and she made the process so easy…she even found us trusted contractors for any repairs/updates we wanted to make. I would highly recommend using her as your agent.
I was trying to get a realtor to help my sell my house but Ms Gunnarson refused to return phone calls and was very rude the whole time. I doubt she ever checks her Voicemails which is very unprofessional and rude. I don't know why so many people give her 5 stars when I wouldn't trust her to sell a cup of lemonade for me.
