This agency is one of the WORST agencies that I have ever signed up for, and I also believe that they are racist towards certain employees that don't speak the same language they do. Twice I have stop by the White Plains office and a women by the name of Janette who works the front desk has been very rude and unwelcoming towards me. Second time I walk in the office today there were two ladies that kept on continuing with their conversation and didn't even bother to ask me if I needed help with something. By far the worst home care agency out there. An aide was removed from my client’s case after she was found stealing and being physically rough with her. The aide thought she could get away with it because the client has dementia. However, there are several eyes and ears inside and outside her building that check in on her. The a was not to return to the case, and after a few weeks they put her back in without notifying her care management team.
