I was with A&A staffing (Because I needed an aide) which is what it's still called for 11 years but the last 2 years since care 365 took it over. Have been very disappointing. They got rid of all the office staff except for the most incompetent staffer who I have had to deal with here and there over the years. The aides are wonderful. Or at least the three that I have had were and are. (My present one has been with me for 6 and 1/2 years) But it is next to impossible to get anything accomplished at the White plains office.
