Dr. Smith is the best
First Impression sets the tone for an experience, and Dr. Smith left an excellent first impression. He did something that many Methodist providers don't do, and something which I greatly appreciate as a senior citizen and loved one of a patient, he introduced himself to my wife (the patient), myself and my daughter.That showed us respect!And his 'bedside manner' is excellent also. He listened!!!
The positive strategy about Dr. Smith is that he makes me feel that he really cares about my health care. He remembers me by name as well as my treatment method. If I have a concern, He listens, as questions and discuss. He makes changes if they need to made and directs me follow up with a progress report if needed.
The Doctor was very Professional. He showed concern, answered and thoroughly explained any questions. Was very Professional.
