My experience with TOUS was very disappointing. I purchased a bracelet and a ring. While they are not luxury-priced jewelry, they are certainly not inexpensive either. In less than three months, both pieces started coming apart. When I brought them back to the store, the customer service was excellent. I was told that if this ever happened, I could bring the jewelry in for repair. However, when I returned to pick up the items, I was unexpectedly charged $40 per piece for the repairs.
