Very disappointed with TOUS customer service. I purchased earrings for my daughter’s birthday on August 20 and was told the screw-back modification would take about two weeks. The promised date was then changed without notifying me, and even after the new date, the earrings were still at the workshop. The biggest issue is the poor communication and lack of coordination. I had to keep calling to find out what was happening. Very frustrating experience, especially for a birthday gift.

My experience with TOUS was very disappointing. I purchased a bracelet and a ring. While they are not luxury-priced jewelry, they are certainly not inexpensive either. In less than three months, both pieces started coming apart. When I brought them back to the store, the customer service was excellent. I was told that if this ever happened, I could bring the jewelry in for repair. However, when I returned to pick up the items, I was unexpectedly charged $40 per piece for the repairs.
