Terrible manager! Did not accept to make an exchange after coming from a completely different state given there is not one where we live and even after showing an email from the Tous company itself saying we could go to any store to make an exchange as long as we had a receipt and the authenticity receipt. Yes, we were past our exchange window but not by much time and again, if you live in a different state then what are you supposed to do? My sister and I went to the store on Wednesday, September 25th because she wanted to exchange the ring she bought the day before, but by accident she brought her purchase receipt, not the authenticity one, and she brought mine, but the way they treated us at the store was very bad, they were not interested in solving the problem. We went to the Tous store in Plaza Bonita and we have always had good treatment there. It is not the first time that Tous stores in Fashion Valley have treated us like this.
