Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at Tous in Garden State Plaza last evening. A lovely sales rep by the name of Julie ordered a bracelet for me. I stopped by to pick it up. My misfortune began when I realized Julie was not there. The other employees totally ignored me and I believe spoke negatively about me in their language. I asked for help but they proceeded to carry on private conversations with others, laughing, drinking and eating small plates they offered to other customers and their friends.
