I purchased a ring in Spain that needed repair service that holds sentimental value to me. Soy clienta de Tous por unos 10 años. He comprado un sin numero de prendas y accesorios. Lamentablemente tuve una situación con un arete que me llego roto y les puedo decir que quedé impactada con la forma y actitud de la manager de la tienda. Como clienta me perdieron. Ojalá alguien superior a ella me llame y pueda ver mi perfil. Que servicio tan horrible y poco profesional.
I will start off by saying that it is unfortunate that they have such beautiful pieces. I initially purchased a matching necklace and ring at a location in Puerto Rico, but all the issues were handled here at this location. Within a few months, of purchase my gold ring began fading. Marisa is amazing . Great costumer service . I had to repair a piece that I bought a couple of years ago from her and she went above and beyond getting the ring repaired. Would highly recommend her and this store
Dont come to this store… all stories about “no return” policy is true… will never purchase again… change your staff guys, they are ruining your business
