Natalie was very professional and welcoming. The apartments were very spacious, clean and a great location overall! Great recommendations to see some of Michigans true beauty just minutes from the apartments. Natalie made it very easy with getting our new home and we are very thankful for her.
I absolutely hate the process of moving, finding a new place, dealing with people with hidden agendas, and all the deception and predatory practices common in today's housing market. Natalie is such a refreshing breath of fresh air, the way she answers questions and gives genuine advice and feedback is incredible. The world needs more people like her!
Good employees that take care of you. Like the amenities. Natalie really made me feel welcome into my new home
I appretiate the ammenities Northwood Apartments has to offer. Natalie was very kind, prompt to return my call, and answered all of my questions. Ultimately, I decided to buy a house instead but I often recommend Northwoods Apartment to others who are needing housing in the area.
Very clean and convenient. Natalie was incredibly friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!
