It’s a very nice apartments complex with wonderful staff eager to help make your renting experience easy and efficient! I worked with Natalie who was fantastic l, would recommend this place to anyone moving to Marquette!
They're always prompt with fixing things. The apartment layouts are nice. Heated floors are a plus. Parking lot is always clean in the winter. Would definitely recommend.
I had a wonderful experience working with Natalie P when I called for information. I had some initial questions and she was very professional and very helpful outlining the application process with perfect detail. I was slightly confused and she helped clarify things. I loved how she went over the maintenance and snow removal which is important to me. She was really smart and funny with me laughing at her quirky jokes. Renting an apartment in a remote area with a housing shortage while living abroad was daunting. The team at Northwoods could not have been more helpful in providing all the info needed as well as sorting out a way to transfer my foreign credit rating to secure my lease. The apartment is as described, exceptionally clean and the team continues to be more than helpful.
Staff are nice, maintenance is quick and helpful, but it's guaranteed you will not get most of your security deposit back when you move out. There's something you agree to either in the lease or the move out documents that says you consent to them using a large portion of your deposit for routine cleaning (such as washing carpets, windows, kitchen, etc.), not matter how hard you clean yourself before you move.
