Nat is the best! Every time that I see her she has the biggest smile and is super friendly.Honestly the entire staff including the grounds guys are all friendly and they do a great job. Thank you for leasing to us.
I lived in Northwoods back in 2023-2024 & this apartment community is wonderful! The apartments are very nice and the leasing staff is extremely helpful and always available. Natalie is the best - even as a past resident she is very helpful and prompt getting me what I needed. Highly recommend!
Great maintenance staff
I don’t normally leave reviews, but after living at Tourville Apartments for the past two years, I can’t say enough good things about Natalie in the office. She addresses any questions quickly, is always professional, and consistently goes above and beyond for the tenants. She always has a smile on her face and truly cares about the people who live here. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind, and she has made my experience living here a very positive one.
