I hate to leave this review. Unfortunately we were harassed by our neighbors in the building next to us at Tourville on Lincoln Ave. We had multiple notes placed on our cars and people hollering out their windows at us and our dog. My husband and I kept to ourselves and did not deserve this treatment. We brought notes and sent pictures as evidence of the harassment to the leasing office, and we were assured it would be handled. Health club has no Sunday hours. Jacuzzi has been down for a month because of under staffed maintenance dept.
I've been here for over six years and agree that it's a great place to live. It's within easy walking distance to NMU, the hospital and medical center, and downtown Marquette. I'm still here and satisfied with my apartment. General maintenance is fine, and staff are helpful. My only beef is that the entrance to this parking lot off Cleveland is terrible. Vehicles have to crawl through the transition as the blacktop has degraded. This lot wasn't repaired when they did the other lots several years ago. (updated 07-25).
The office staff go above and beyond to make sure living at Tourville is a positive experience!
Tourville has been nothing short of AMAZING. Any question we have they have answered in a very timely matter and are extremely nice. I cannot express how amazing it is to live at tourville, 10/10 recommend!
