Mosquitoes all over the place, about have to hold hostages for some horrible food, I'm sick as hell w/a Gram Positive blood infection--- odd how this has happened & I got 2 units of blood from y'all about 4 days ago!!!! We were referred to your medical facility this past weekend by close friends. My husband was admitted with severe pain. Dx. Kidney Stone & scheduled for surgery the next day. I was also seen in the ER for Dx. Bronchitis. We received 5-star service from ER admission, Cat Scan, Radiology, Lab, Surgeon Dr. Swartz and the Med. Surg. Floor Nurses. Everyone was great except the NP I had she needs to work on her bed side manner she was very rude. Everyone else was great.
Founded in this Uptown spot in the 1850s as a Jewish hospital (with tons of cool historic displays scattered around), redecorated very well a few years ago. I visit a ton of people here (2 sets of new parents just yesterday) and the reports on the quality of care are always solid. Friendly nursing staff. LOCAL. I really love this place.
