If i can give them negative stars, I would. This place is a scam. Last minute booking exists for a reason: for last minute bookings! They clearly couldn’t handle it as the reservations department of the hotel I booked told me they hadn’t received my booking confirmation for over 2 hours. After calling Tourico to try and expedite the process they proceeded to tell me that it might take over another hour or two to reach their reservations department and even then the booking I made through them wouldn’t be guaranteed. These guys have saved me thousands
Very bad experience after they cancelled my reservation (booked on December 2018 for June 2019), without my consent a month before the travel date, after contacting them the answer was: we can't do anything, you are welcome to create a new one...
I have been using Tourico for many trips and many years.......they have saved me a bundle of money(seriously).......they have great customer service and I have always got a live human........for those of you who have had problems....did you happen to read the bottom of your reservation....where it says if you have any problems at check in to call the 800 number?????? most of the complaints on here are ridiculous and shows me no one here has common sense!!
I have never had a problem with Tourico and they have saved me thousands of dollars.......
