On February 4th at 12:55 PM, in the Horseshoe parking lot, a driver from your company, with license plate Z086730, was seemingly under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. They crossed both lanes, swerved the bus toward my car specifically, and also made obscene gestures. Is this the kind of behavior your drivers have? Is it common practice for your buses to block prime customer parking right at business entrances? Bus #291 blocked handicapped parking for almost an hour on December 4th in Saint George Utah.
Restrooms in the bus didn't work. My child is mortified from ever using a bus again. Will never recommend or ever us this company again.
Our school has been taking our 8 th graders to Knotts Berry Farm for years and we have never had a good experience with the bus companies until this year. Tourcoach provided us with a top notch state of the art bus and one of the nicest and most polite bus drivers I have met. Hawaiian Tom was funny, polite, & always on time. Thank you Tom for a great experience. The only minor complaint I have is that the outlets under each set of seats were not working.
