Came in for a Diesel watch battery replacement and couldn't have been more pleased!! Sam was very personable, efficient, and fast. No joke, the entire process took about 5 minutes. I highly recommend Tourbillon Jewelers and will definitely be back in the future! Thanks Sam

I was helped by the owner to get a band replacement for two watches of mine. He made suggestions and provided a quality product at a reasonable price including the quick installation. Very clean store as well.

They had serviced my GMT about 5 years ago, when attempting to move time ahead, the entire stem came out. I went toTourbillan , he took a look at it it, went in back for a minute & said " there you go, no charge. Incredible. You drop off a Rolex anywhere, expect weeks & a 3 figure bill. These guys are the best.
