First of all, the product was not at all what I expected. It was poor quality and not worth the money I spent. After having to pay $13.00 to ship it back for my refund, 30 days have passed and I still have not received said refund. I have emailed and called several times, and keep getting the same story, that my account will be credited "today." I am sure some of their products are fine, but I would never take the chance on ordering from them again.
