I am trying to contact George Barnette, CEO to tell him about the more than wonderful experience I had with his employee, Emily Sullivan on Sunday, Aug. 7th. I had been trying to redeem my points for a Carnival Cruise and there were problems with the Carnival site to obtain the certificate needed. Emily went out of her way to help us by staying on the phone for over an hour directing us to get the $160 certificate. She went beyond the call of duty and I truly appreciate all she did.
