Really cool course nice clubhouse etc. but please fix the greens.
The greens are completely trash. There has been enough time and plenty of rain to get the greens in shape. Very disappointed to spend my Father's Day on a great course with with "goat ranch" greens.
The layout is always fun and challenging but the greens are in horrific condition. 2 holes have temporary greens. This should never be allowed to happen at a course of this caliber.
I liked the course but they got to get them greens growing. Good luck making a putt on some holes. In all fairness, they gave me a great deal since the greens are bad.
Greens are horrible. Carts are worn out. Glad I had a discount and even then it was too expensive
Literally the worst green conditions I have seen for what's supposed to be a top tier course. Temporary greens on two holes and the other 16 were in dire condition. Based on my conversations with the Marshall, they had a case of poiena early in the year and the "Head Groundskeeper" laid a chemical down to fight the fungus, but ended up killing the Bermuda instead. Shocked to hear that he's also still employed here. Rest of the course was in good shape, but a course costing that, in such awful shape, garners 1 star at most. V... read more
Great concept and tough course but fair. Greens severely damaged on 75% of the holes. 2 temporary greens were created. The marshall was extremely rude about our pace of play while on pace for a 2 hour front 9 and we had a 4 hour round. Cart girl only had $30 in cash and couldn't break a $50. Other staff members were cordial and the General Manager promised the conditions will be much improved by September. I'm willing to give them another chance. Tour 18 should be a top 5 course in DFW, but the greens conditions places them ... read more
Like most other posts have mentioned, the greens are horrible. Also, most of the sand traps are washed out. We implemented a 2-putt max rule and deemed some of the bunkers as ground under repair with a free drop. The tee boxes and fairways are in excellent condition. It's still a fun course but you might wait for the greens to come back, which might not happen until next year.
Greens are in horrible shape. Can't believe they charge what they do to play with the greens in such bad condition. Only thing keeping from being 1 star was the rest of the course is in good shape.
