Just had one of their trucks barreling up my street without a single care in the world for it being a residential neighborhood. Citywide speed limit is 25mph unless otherwise specified! Based upon the other reviews, it seems no one is concerned with this kind of behavior. Do better!!
I called AAA for a tow and they contracted Toupin towing. They dispatched a tow truck quickly. The driver, Salvador, was great to work with - professional, courteous, and careful. I would use them again (but hopefully won’t have to)!
Yesterday the 16th of April my car became disabled in Lowell Center. I called triple A who contacted Toupin Towing. A person named Lorenzo in very short time arrived with the towing truck. He was great very efficient, very professional providing a great face for the Toupin Towing company.
We needed a battery jump. Called AAA. Giovanni from Toupin came. Kept us updated and arrived fast. Battery was over 6 years old so definitely needed a new one. He was friendly and helpful. Thanks Giovanni for helping us!!
Used AAA in Lowell , Salvatore with Toupin came and towed me , he was great . Such a Nonchalant Kitten!
