Used AAA in Lowell , Salvatore with Toupin came and towed me , he was great . Such a Nonchalant Kitten!
I was broken down in tewksbury on Thursday 3/20. The car wouldn't start. AAA sent Toupin to test/jump my battery. The guy was able to tell my alternator was also gone.(other issues occurred before it broke down). The tow truck came and got my car to my mechanic quickly. Both guys were professional and truly cared about helping me. Highly recommend them!
Great company and great family/crew. - this is toupin rigging review. Not toupin recovery & towing. I see majority of other reviews are about the towing business, which is not the same as the rigging business.
I was waiting for Andrew E for almost an hour with my car on the middle of the street. When he was 4 minutes away from me, he cancel the towing and never showed up. Not a trustful business.
Got a AAA tow using them and the dispatcher and driver were incredibly kind and helpful. Made things significantly less stressful for me :)
