Confusing phone tree. Only one person eventually answered the phone under the wrong prompt. Will NOT take any new patients or perform any hearing screenings without a referral. If you're just starting to look into possible hearing problems don't believe the website. Services here are not open to the public.
Dr. Touma has been so caring and patient with my complicated situation. Evidently it isn’t anything with my ear that is the problem, but he has been being thorough in checking everything to be sure and pointing me in the right direction. He takes time to listen to every concern and explains everything in detail.
