Admittedly, there is a great dentist at this establishment. However, his bedside manner is almost nonexistent. First time the dentist was lovely. The second time he took off out of the room before I even got out of the chair. It was like he was strongly trying to avoid me the mind boggles. Almost makes you feel like you shouldn’t be there after all we don’t go to dentists out of choice. Something that we have to do so why can’t we make it easy rather than hard. Or uncomfortable.

I’m a new patient at toukley dental clinic , Dr Reddy and staff at Toukley dental clinic are the best ,they explain things well and make things easy and comfortable every time i visit , keep up the good work , definitely recommend this practice .

Very pleased with the way my mother Mary Beth was treated by Dr Reddy and staff. We were able to secure an emergency appointment as Mum was in severe pain and losing sleep. She is nervous and anxious about going to the dentist and she was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion throughout her tooth extraction. Mum received a call yesterday from the lovely receptionist to check in and ask how she was feeling, it was much appreciated and shows they go the extra mile for their patients. Ok I needed two teeth replaced on my denture so I went to a denture place at 1/42 Victoria Ave Toukley I was informed that I needed one tooth extracted in order to have the two replaced. I went to Toukley dental clinic, I honestly was astounded no appointment needed for this emergency. I was treated with such respect and empathy over this one tooth. Fantastic service from reception to dentist. I had an emergency few months due to out of my hands.He stayed behind after hours to put attention to me, fixed my problem with up most professional and caring way.Never been more comfortable, and positive, happy with his work. Followed up the nest day with a phone call. Didn’t charge like most dentists do. Care for patients not his wallet.
