They are the most wonderful and helpful people they have helped me out so much they always go above and beyond for there customers thank you guys for all your hard work.
My mom and dad are on their way to SLC from San Diego. They got to Cedar city and stopped for gas but couldn't get the truck started again. Turns out they needed a new alternator. We called up Jason, he was there in like 30 minutes and had it fixed and changed out in like 20 minutes! Fast and awesome service at a very reasonable rate! I highly recommend this shop. He saved my husband 8 hours of driving and stress for my dad. They are happy and so are we!!
My experience with Jason and his team at Tough Times was above and beyond what I was expecting. This was my first time taking my car into a shop by myself, and I was so worried that the mechanics would take advantage of my lack of experience. Because I'm a student, Jason looked at my car and gave me a free estimate. He explained everything so well, made dropping off the car so easy, and got my brakes fixed in just a day! He came right over when we called. Told us what was wrong with the car and told us how to fix it. Very fast, very nice. We will use his services again.
Jason went above and beyond for us. We had an axle seal that needed replaced. He helped me with a couple other questions we had and also told us about a factory recall on an engine part that Dodge would replace. Just got back from Dodge and they are going to replace that part for us. I never would've known about it until it was too late. Very highly recommend Jason. Thanks!!
Jason and his son came to my house to diagnose a broken-down car my daughter owned and was very honest in telling us it was too expensive to repair for the value of the vehicle. He then helped us find a good used reliable car for her and even helped us with a used battery. Great service. Thanks
