Sean Rhodes is seriously an amazing artist! We've been going to him and Tough Luck for over 8 years now and even moved 3 hours away and still drive to see him.
Mark did work for my daughter and it was amazing. He worked hard with her to come up with the perfect design for her memorial tattoo
