My husband and I had a fantastic first experience at Dr. Toufexis’ office. Dr. Toufexis, Rebecca, and Katlyn took excellent care of us throughout the entire visit. They were very straightforward while also explaining everything clearly, which we really appreciated. Rebecca was especially kind and helpful, making the process smooth and enjoyable. We left with two great pairs of glasses and are very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend!
My first time to get an eye exam and a pair of new eyeglasses. It was a wonderful experience visiting Dr. Toufexis' office. Outstanding customer service. They are very friendly, and I felt that I'm really cared. The best Eye Care center I have ever used in the past. Also, I'm 100% satisfied with the eyeglasses I just received today. I'm definitely going back to visit here for my next eyeglasses.
Overall, It was a nice experience, and the staff were courteous. It's better to make appointments. They invest time in explaining things to you so you understand them better. They provide the best eye care.
