I was really excited to have this cleaner right by our new home, but unfortunately had a terrible experience. The first day I went in, the clothes were ready on time—the next day. When I went to pay, I asked if they had any discounts (most cleaners offer them on multiple garments...) the girl was extremely rude, rolled eyes and told me I needed to get the coupon from an HEB receipt. I don't have enough time to go that far in depth, but they did rip me off and take 5 weeks to clean a comforter and a small throw pillow.
Very expensive for dry cleaning a king size bedspread....

I was treated very badly initially when I tried to drop off our clothes and when I returned to pick up. You can confirm with Joanna how rude Addison was to me. He told me twice to take my clothes and get out! I do not appreciate how you chose not to call me back. My husband, Mike, and I are no longer customers so you can remove us from your system.
