This is our 3rd time using Touchwood Flooring. Our first was the install of Kempas wood on our new home build 20 years ago. We had the floors refinished 15 years later (after kids and life use). The bevelled edges were sanded down and the finish changed from shiny to satin. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL and we are very happy. Touchwood did an amazing job refinishing our maple hardwood floors. They were very professional throughout the whole process, from estimating to completing the work and the communication from Leona and Greg was great. We really appreciated being able to see the staining options on our actual floor once it was sanded down (with minimal dust I might add) - that made it easy to make a decision on the color. We're thrilled with the final result - thank you!!
Touchwood flooring at first were definitely friendly and seemed to be professional, to the point I agreed to pay premium price for the flooring (over 4k). I am however very disappointed with the results, and the install was below expectation for the price we paid. The re-finished hardwood floor does look fabulous. We hired touchwood to turn our 90s looking floors into a more modern colour. They were very knowledgeable and prompt with getting their work done. They also took the time to show us many samples after sanding to make sure we would love the colour, and we do!
