I am not even certain if the business deserves a star. My wife and I went in to look at carpet flooring. It was a bit off from the get go, as they could not find someone to help us. eventually a young man came and provided information on the in-stock carpets that were mostly in the $2-2:75 price range. All the regular in-stock carpets, did not help us. We bought vinyl plank for our home and had our own contractor install it. Pricing was great. However, we decided to go with carpet in the basement and the had Touchtone install, it was the worst hack job I have ever seen, and we were told this is normal. So unhappy with it that we fought for a year about the quality and install. Fast forward they replace it, but in the process end up with a rip in our sectional and instead of addressing it and trying to work with us the manager basically has ignored us and deny it was them. ...Ā read more
