Let me just start by saying the thought of having surgery is so scary. I had knee surgery here yesterday. I read the reviews and I was nervous but I have to give this place and staff the credit they deserve. This team worked so well together and they made my experience so comfortable from start to finish. They front desk ladies were so sweet. Heyyy Matt! Matt was my pre-op nurse and he was just fabulous. As the other woman said, run from this place. Just needed some twilight sedation. The “anesthesiologist” runs Wellness Spa dispensing ketamine, fillers, etc and weight loss drugs. He had absolutely the worst bedside manner. The person that was putting my IV in was rooting around in my vein for 10 minutes causing horrible pain. STAY AWAY. And they did not give correct instructions and lack of communication with my other office for PRP.
I had my surgery here yesterday 3/13, and I must say you ladies are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for being kind and very caring. You made my and my husbands experience a great one.
Linda was really sweet and so were the other lady's! I came in with my mother which was having the operation and it was 5 hrs long. I totally forgot to get sum snacks but the Linda gave me some extra breakfast she brought in the for her and her crew members. So sweet felt homey.
