Don't do business with them. Terrible customer service. They reapond to emails months later. And keep extracting money from you although you are not using their machines. You will have to close your bank account to gey them to stop. Run far away from this company.
The worst company to do business with. Our site got a credit card testing event by some hackers with several thousand transactions in a few hours. We got charged over $2200 for that. Upon talking to their rep they said they would consider removing some of these charges if we have our developer install re-captcha on our cart, which we did. When I asked them about their fraud monitoring, as my site would never generate such a large amount of transactions, I was told "it was the weekend and it slipped by".
