Logan's point, Mount Vernon Tx. I was evicted for getting a ticket before the ticket even went to court, the ticket was dismissed. The mgr is very selective in how she enforces the lease. The Police are in the complex often, this is not a safe place for your kids. Thugs rule the complex because the mgr. is scared of them, and they are family friends.

This company owns properties in the state of Arkansas and is using false advertising with their leasing. I attempted to put in an application with A leasing manager at the **************** on McCain and was told 3 different lies by the leasing manager. The first lie was they could not show me an apartment after I gave them a $250.00 deposit. The second lie was my credit was bad and I would have to give them $250.00 more dollars. 2 maintenance requests have been ignored. When I put in requests through the café portal your staff go in and cancel it as completed. I have asked/requested for the hole in the roof to be fixed due to all the rain water. Nothing has been done for months. Today 7:45 I went to the café portal for air-conditioning maintenance along with a phone call to the front office. Michelle said maintenance and contractors are on the way. Waited all day. As a Subcontractor for this company, I believe there AP/AR is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. You are going to resubmit invoicing numerous times, and resubmit all articles requested numerous times and still not receive payment for work preformed. Your wait period for payment can run from 3 months to over 5 months. You can expect not to have returned phone calls or emails in regards to request for payment. It is our normal practice to pay invoices within 30 days of submission for payment by the property and receipt of funds from the owner. We work closely with all of our vendors to ensure prompt and efficient payment in order to keep good vendors working on our properties. Corporation CEO Pierce L******** Not response from CEO who told me to send him an email to my stolen rental deposit,,"check is in the mail' 36 days now. Left vm and emails. He didn't respond. Pure crooks. Clean apartment, moved out, new tenants in. Don't rent from Ledic. 

Business response:

Resident moved out on 7/31/19 and was due a refund of security deposit less final water charges. The resident was not happy that LEDIC policy is to issue a check within 30 to 45 days. At this time, the security deposit has been refunded. Check was overnighted to Ms. B****** on 9/4/19 and received on 9/5/19. The original check was cut on 8/2/19 and mailed to her forwarding address but was never received.

Several issues with central air/heating system. They are very unorganized, don't seem capable or willing to resolve issues for tenants but are very competent in sending eviction notices just for being late on the water bill and continue to increase the rent despite being vdha accredited division. 

Business response:

The management team is aware of the AC issues and repairs have been made. Resident had an issue at the beginning of the summer and the AC compressor was replaced. The unit went out again this last week and the repair was made within 48 hours of being notified and within 24 hours of notifying contractor. Management addresses all work orders with the highest priority and AC issues are given top priority. Any billing issues are addressed as they come up and past due balances have been resolved.
