Touchstone TMS, Gig Harbor is absolutely wonderful! First, the staff are incredible. They’re compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and make me feel comfortable/welcomed. I have had a positive experience since beginning treatment at Touchstone TMS, thanks in no small part to my tech, Debbie. I am impressed by her kindness and consideration of patient needs. One morning, she took extra care to administer a time effective round of treatment when I learned a family member was in the ER minutes prior to my appointment. This alleviated a great deal of stress.
I am very impressed with the service I have received so far at Touchstone TMS in Gig Harbor. I am in my second week of treatment. Debbie, who is with me during treatment is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. It has been a positive experience. Karen R.
My experience at Touchstone TMS Gig Harbor was excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I never once felt judged for being there, which is a big deal to me. The person I interacted with the most was Deborah and she made the whole process very easy. The treatments were quick, no more than 20 minutes. I absolutely recommend this clinic.
