Even though you've done no treatment and just a consult/chat, collect the copay FIRST, dont wait, collect it. Isn't that what the frist thing you do when a patient comes in, verify the insurance and mostly a copay needs to be collected before seeing!! Surely if there was nothing to be done, you would refund us back, right?!🙄 PS. To the owner, yes is is the correct address & and I have a bill that matches this business, you did nothing to treat my daughter!!!

The TMS itself was amazing. However, the staff here sucks. There was very little communication throughout the entire process. This didn't become an issue until it was time for an extension. Suddenly I had an email (not a phone call, and I was given zero warning that this email would be coming) from a person I had never heard of telling me I needed to sign a contingency payment plan. There have been significant mile posts in my healing journey. TMS treatment was one of those. It helped my body get out of the anxiety loop it was in, so I could focus on doing other deep work that needed to be done. The staff at Touchstone is incredibly professional and compassionate. Highly recommend.
