A terrible experience. First, I should note that this entry may result in a form of whistleblower retaliation against me for posting this review. This review is a reflection of my encounter with Dr. Kris Peterson, one of his TMS associates, and the intake provider, and does not reflect the deeds or intentions or actions of the remainder of the TouchstoneTMS community. The receptionist is NOT professional at all, I had a phone appointment and they never called, When i called the office, they would not help, I had to wait for my next appointment to get any answers, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, very frustrating and disappointing.
Dr. Peterson made sure my insurance would cover this therapy after I told him I had been saving to get it out of pocket. His staff ensured I was covered and scheduled me for treatment. After the first session my migraines and nightmares went away. I've finished 2 months of therapy and not only have the migraines and nightmares gone, but my cognitive abilities have gotten much better.
