The receptionist is NOT professional at all, I had a phone appointment and they never called, When i called the office, they would not help, I had to wait for my next appointment to get any answers, I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, very frustrating and disappointing.
Dr. Peterson made sure my insurance would cover this therapy after I told him I had been saving to get it out of pocket. His staff ensured I was covered and scheduled me for treatment. After the first session my migraines and nightmares went away. I've finished 2 months of therapy and not only have the migraines and nightmares gone, but my cognitive abilities have gotten much better. I started here with a referral from my former psychiatrist Lizzy Omoregie. I started with TMS and did the full schedule, I did miss some days though but they are always lenient and nice about that. At first. I did not notice any change to my mental state, in truth actually the opposite. Even though you've done no treatment and just a consult/chat, collect the copay FIRST, dont wait, collect it. Isn't that what the frist thing you do when a patient comes in, verify the insurance and mostly a copay needs to be collected before seeing!! Surely if there was nothing to be done, you would refund us back, right?!🙄 PS. To the owner, yes is is the correct address & and I have a bill that matches this business, you did nothing to treat my daughter!!!
