Honestly one of the worst showing experiences of my life. We were grateful to view 5 properties but each one was dirtier than the last. Between termite infestations, actual human waste in the toilet, old yellow chipped applliances and fixtures and literal dirt on both the exterior and interior of the houses. It's clear no love went into these listings. On top of it all, the property manager did not explain anything. Ask questions or talk to us the entire time. I have been renting from jakthan for 10 years! They might repair the essentials, a/c, water, septic, etc, but they will let everything else fall apart. They have raised rent over 25% in last year while neglecting our requests. Now they want to increase another 20% unless we renew our lease. Not happening!

Rented for years from them only because they were cheap.you get what you pay for.multiple issues that were not fixed correctly or they said its not their problem.if you had an emergency you will wait 3 days for someone to come out.carpet was destroyed when I first moved in,cabinets falling off,bad roof,shower tiles falling off and holes in the walls.I dealt with it and tried to fix what I could on my own.they bumped my rent $400 more for a year lease or +$600 for month to month in OCTOBER for a house falling apart that wasn'... read more
