I have been renting from jakthan for 10 years! They might repair the essentials, a/c, water, septic, etc, but they will let everything else fall apart. They have raised rent over 25% in last year while neglecting our requests. Now they want to increase another 20% unless we renew our lease. Not happening!

Not interested
Horrible maintenance and repairs. I literally have mold in the bathroom with falling tiles and no response through there portal. It is so difficult to communicate with the management company. Renters beware do not recommend. Took our money for the entire year and no help whatsoever. I’m disgusted. I’ve emailed called and used the portal. We can’t even use the shower.
