Unprofessional management company. Manager Lisa was nothing short of rude, combative, and extremely immature. She fought us whenever we asked her to complete a task inside her duties as property manager. When e-mailing with her, she would send short, terse, and unprofessional e-mails clearly upset we were asking her to do her simple, easy job. I have rented for almost 2 years through Touchstone had good communication and help when asked for. We do clean and take care of the properties we rent so the reviews pertaing to cleaning up did not affect me. When we were forced to move because the property was sold we chose to stay with touchstone because of the great service we received. I am the HOA president of my neighborhood and we switched to touch stone about one year ago. We could not be happier with their great customer service. They are very honest and will always go the extra mile to help us out.
Whenever I have called Touchstone, they have been very responsive to my requests. A member of my family has a disability; small things to many people, like a burned out lightbulb near the entrance, makes a quick response important. The Touchstone Team has been there for us.
