Recently started using the company as our property management company, they took out almost $1100 by accident and they blamed me for making the extra payment after I set-up autopay and did not make an extra payment (which I showed proof that I didn’t). This caused me to overdraft (which I never overdraft). Initially they said 2 months to refund the money (they took out by accident) so I might as well use it toward next months maintenance fees.
